Here are a few tips about general healthy eating and meal planning for diabetics:
Eating vegetables is good for you. Most vegetables can taste really great if you know how to cook them. So take the time to research recipes for them. Hi! I am going to try and raise some money to donate to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation(JDRF). I'm going to grow vegetables(pumpkins, green beans, tomatoes, ect.). I looked into doing one of those cookbook fundraisers, but I'm doing this individually and not with a big group. I was wondering if you had any other ideas for raising money. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
