    Fun snack for kids!

Saw this on TV, looked really yummy and SUPER easy! For a healthier variation, substitute the marshmallows with banana's... and substitute the pb with light or organic pb instead.
    -----------------
Apple Smiles (Makes 4 apple smiles)

This snack is easy to prepare and will certainly bring a smile to your child's face!

    Creamy peanut butter
1 red apple, cored and sliced into eighths
    Squeeze of lemon juice
Miniature marshmallows OR small cubes of cheese (for a healthier, low sugar alternative)
    Dried apricots (optional)

Spread peanut butter on one side of each apple slice (squeeze a little lemon juice over the apple slices first if not serving immediately, so they don't brown). Place five marshmallows or cubes of cheese on one apple slice and lay another apple slice, peanut butter side down, on top. If you like, add an apricot to form tongue.

    Fun snack for kids!

It's a good one Just don't forget that one apple has ~15 grams of carbs so don't let kids (or yourself) eat too much of it  When it's sliced to pieces it's easy to loose track.

Good find. Apples are good for your organism (if you don't eat too much of them  )
