A really easy low carb meal, is to cut up some chicken with any seasonings on it that you want, and add brocolli and cheddar cheese soup, and heat it up in the microwave until cooked and desired heat. You might want to cook the chicken a little before adding the soup and broccoli. My aunt came up with this when I was at her house today. She knew I had to watch what I ate and made this for me.
