Help with Free style connect

I have the Freestyle program to download my bg results from my meter to my computer. I had it before and had to reformat my computer and now, I can't get it to work.

I called Therasense who have no one who speak French to help me and well, I am not fluent enough to talk about computer programs in English. Anyone can help me?

Did you change an operating system after formatting?
maybe the software doesn't support the new operating system.
It happened to me with a small software I used to use, called the company and they've sent me an updated version of it.

Try calling the company that made the software, they might know what's wrong, even if it's not the operating system thing.

Same computer, same system...same everyting..... called the company, they told me to change the batteries!!! We'Ll see.

What i Hate is that they have a new program for USA but I can't downlad it, it wouldn't work for mmol and he won't send it to me. No upgrades for the Cdn program.
