Sorry I was out of comission this week... an awful cold that have me coughing so much that I am continually out of breath and exhausted. I didn't get a full night sleep since last Friday, my bg is all over the scale and I croak like a bad black bird since my throat is so damaged by the cough. I guess it also means that I am better since last week-end I had no voice at all. I'll be back as soon as I feel better.

Hello everyone!
I just randomly found this site and decided to join.

My name is Julie. I am pumper and have had diabetes for 15 years. I am involved in a strong diabetic community which consists of other diabetics from a summer camp in Hunstville Ontario called Camp Huronda.

Anyways I am glad to join and I like shooting the s*#t about diabetes.

Remember that song I posted? Well on that website there is a link for other diabetes related sites and I went searching through the posted links and this was one of them.

I know there are a few other sites out there but I am not sure if any of them are mainly forum. Most of them have info about health care and research and what not but not an actual community of people.
