REPLIES AND VIEWS

ops: COULD SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VIEWS AND REPIES EACH HAVE A COLUMN IN THE FORUMS I CAN VIEW THE RELIES ONLY

If you look at the columns in the forum summary there are replies ie yours to me and this is counted as 1 and there is another column headed views there are are aparently four to this subject -- WHAT ARE THEY and more to the point where are they

I'VE WORKED IT OUT

It's the same as POSTS well the number is the same anyway :P

THe number of views might be higher as it's not everyone who read the post that will answer to it. So, if you have let's say 5 replys and 15 views, that means that only 5 person out of the 15 of viewed the thread decided to reply to it.

Hope that makes sense?

Oh, now I've got your point - you're speaking about the screen that summaries all the threads, and shows statistics for each thread.

I might be slow, but eventually I've got it ;-)
