    Gluco-Z

I have been on Gluco-Z for 8 weeks now. I have experienced weight loss, but that is because my body is now being regulated. I am doing core exercises and Tai Chi to continue to help with the weight reduction. Better eating habits are also important. I am in the process of slowly elimating yeast, flour, and sugar altogether. There are so many ways to eat healthy. Gluco-Z is helping me to regulate my insuling absorption and also bring my metabolism into balance. I am so grateful to the makers of Gluco-Z I like the fact that is is a natural compound formula.

    Gluco-Z

Sounds a lot like advertising, rskye. The only two posts you made here are about that product. With that in mind I would like to remind everybody to NEVER start taking anything before consulting with you doctor.

    Gluco-Z

    I second what Blair said.

And another thing... How come i never heard that flour is bad? Why remove it? Even if you advertise be sure that you don't give someone a bad idea.

Blair made sense on the point that you should always check things out with your doctor. However, just be wary, because some doctors want to keep prescribing chemicals since they get paid for prescribing drugs. Also, it depends on if Gluco-Z is all-natural. If it is, my comment to Blair is that it's ok to take something all-natural without consulting your doctor first. If it's not a medication or drug I think it's safe to trust. It's just like, do we consult a doctor before decide to eat an apple? Or a piece of bread?

Hello and welcome to the forums posterwoman (such as it is, trying to keep some order while spam runs wild).

Anything that is considered as a cure or something like that shouldn't be taken blindly. The example of asking doctor for permission to eat an apple isn't just hyperbolic but it's completely inaccurate. Altering a diet blindly to something you see advertised is risky. For example: a vegetarian diet is said to be good for your and advertised like a good solution to a lot of health problems (less so these days) however it only causes problems.

A healthy diet consists of meat, dairy, fruit, vegetable and starch products (like bread). ALL are needed and changing something out for an advertised product is a risky choice. Supplements are also risky to blindly take since you cannot know how your organism will react. That being said while Gluco-Z might be a useful thing you cannot know for sure how your organism will react. One more thing you need to know is that you do not choose something if it has a natural tag or not.
