Summer is near!!!
With just a few weeks to summer left I'd liek to remind people (just in case some forget) that during the warm days of summer and even spring we tend to get carried away with all sorts of activities (not to mention all the fun during holidays) and forget to monitor our BG.
So be be carefull and remember that excesive exposure to heat may also lower your BG (watch out for those longer bus trips on a warm sunny day when your BG is just the norm at ~100 or you just might find yourself in a hypoglycemic state!!!)
The summer is near!!! Just a few more weeks!!! So I'll just go ahead and wish you to have these remaining weeks easy and stress free B)Happy holidays comes later :laugh: (after my session which starts next month :whistle: )

Good advice... I'm so excited for the nice weather, in fact I got a bike! I've been riding it daily and, you're right, you need to prepare before you do outdoor activity (be it sports or yardwork etc). Or keep something with you in case something comes up unexpectedly. I find the Dextrosol candies easy to carry around, just in case I get a low.
