I know I have to exercise

Since being diagnosed last year..I have yet to really start exercising.
I need the motivation, just doing some sit ups or walking around the block once I know is'nt cutting it.I cant afford right now a trainer or motivator. I probably should put on my ipod that I got 3 years ago as gift, but I would like to hear some motivating music or inspiring words to hear in my headphones..any suggestions

I went online and typed in Ipod workout music. It came up with Marinaonline.
Have you heard of it. Good stuff. Lots of dance beats. I think she lost 100 pounds. Big selection of fitness and walking program stuff. You both have motivated me to start moving. Thank you.

She gets you to walk in place at your computer. I can do that...ha,ha...LOL!

Yes...What I mean is Marina's videos and these songs too.I simply stand up at home in from of my computer and run in place..It does'nt cost me any extra money hahah..and I'm getting into exercise..finally !

:laugh: Right on! I am 'with you', because I think so too. Or have a little dance at home, all alone (preferably with the curtains closed so no-one will get a shock) LOL.
