    insulin pumps

I am considering an insulin pump, any suggestions from anyone as to which one is the best? I am a working mom and want something that is convenient and easy to wear.

Hello Jeanie, welcome to the forum

There are so many pumps mentioned in many of the threads here that I suggest you first have a look around the forum and let us know if you have any questions about them

At your right hand side up you can see a "search forum" box, if you write in that the topic you are interested in - it will take you to a lot of links withing the forum addressing this topic.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to tell me

I don't understand what you mean? You could always go back to your profile page and at the bottom of that page you will find the topics you reacted in or have opened. When you click on one of them it'll take you straight there

    Re:insulin pumps

    Hello Jeanie.

Lot's of pumps there and Blair pretty much explained the search.

As for a recommendation: i personally recommend the Accu-Check Spirit pump (which i myself am using). Here it costs very good (6300 LTL whereas others cost arround 7500LTL) so i believe it would be similar in costs in other countries too. It is easy to use and I didn't have problems with it (probably wouldn't have had them with the DANA IIS if it weren't for the lack of information about the 45deg infusions).

My true advice however would be to try out a few for yourself, try to arrange it with providers. Choose whichever you find easyer to use and more fitting to you. The most popular here in lithuania are Accu-Check Spirit, DANA IIS and the new Paradigm 722 is starting to get a strong foothold.
