    Finger trouble

One thing has started to anoy me from time to time. I have had diabetes for 12 years now and i check my sugar level 2-5 times a day (5 these days) since i've passed out on more than one occasion and my mother is really nervous when she doesn't know the situation. But now i am noticing that the puncture wounds needed to extract blood for the test don't always heal up as quick as possible.
F.E: i always check my sugar level in the morning before school and while being in school (~7 hours after the test) i felt a sort of tingle mixed with a slight anoying pain. I tryed to rub my fingers thinkin that i am cold, but then i noticed that i extracted blood from my wound. So my question is: is that something to be worried about?

I've never heard of this before. Have you talked to your doctor??

Vytautas, I think it's better you DO go to your doctor and let him check it. Nothing to worry about probably, but just to be on the safe side and have him give you a solution. Pain is not pleasant, so the earlier you see a doctor the faster you'll be over it.
